The Superconscious Creator Blog...
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” - Nikola Tesla
Introduction:
Where do I start?
There has been a lot of interest, hype, scams and slander about the controversial topic of “The Law of Attraction”.
Are you a Believer??
Whether you are or not, if you're reading this, you are curious. I am a HECK YEAH Believer 😆because of have been on both the manifesting side and the ‘dark-side’. Let me spell that out…. YOU GET WHAT YOU THINK!
In this blog I am going to briefly touch on:
What is The Law of Attraction
The Missing Key to Manifesting
The Science Behind it
Common Blocks to Manifesting
Steps to use The Law of Attraction
List the 12 Universal Laws
Wikipedia has a very interesting timeline if you want to read about it’s first naming in 1855 >> HERE
As a really short basic assumed definition, The Law of Attraction is the principle that positive or negative thoughts bring corresponding experiences into a person's life. By focusing on positive thoughts and emotions, one can attract desired outcomes and achieve goals.
The same thing happens with negative thoughts.. basically negative things show up!
That’s why I said “You Get What you Think”!! But most people are quite ‘unconscious’ to this and think it’s good luck or bad luck. YOU, your thoughts are actually paving the outcome.
There are 12 known universal laws spoken about.
The Law of Attraction is about fourth down the list, and what comes before that is the Law of Vibration. This is a key player in what you are putting ‘out there’ that determines what boomerangs back.
This is where I go science geek on you (FYI I used to be a Medical Scientist).
While the Law of Attraction is often considered a load of ‘woo’ aka metaphysical or philosophical concept, there are several scientific theories and findings that provide a framework for understanding how it might work. I think it’s really important to include this so you can understand there is ‘evidence’ in the science world proving the law of Attraction is not just a load of ‘hocus pocus woo’.
Psychological Theories
Cognitive psychology suggests that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality. The principles of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), for example, emphasize how changing negative thought patterns can lead to positive behavioural changes, and we see brilliant shining human examples of this all over the world!
Neuroscience
Studies in neuroscience show that the brain's neural pathways can be rewired through consistent thought patterns and behaviours. I often talk about neuroplasticity, meaning your brain can change. This supports the idea that focusing on positive outcomes can change the brain's structure and function, leading to new, more beneficial habits and perceptions.
Behavioural Science
The self-fulfilling prophecy is a concept from behavioural science that aligns with the Law of Attraction. When people believe in a certain outcome, they are more likely to act in ways that bring about that outcome, reinforcing their initial belief (good or bad)
Quantum physics ( loooove the quantum world), introduces concepts that can be interpreted to support the Law of Attraction. I won’t go into detail, but you can do some googling yourself if you want to learn more about:
Wave-Particle Duality
Entanglement
Energy Fields
I will talk about energy for a minute. This is evident in the medical world. We can measure the electromagnetic frequency of the heart, brain, cells etc. The concept of energy fields or vibrations is central to the Law of Attraction.
Everything in the universe, including our thoughts and emotions, is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. Positive thoughts and feelings are believed to emit higher frequencies, attracting similar high-frequency energy, thereby manifesting positive outcomes.
Numerous studies have demonstrated the benefits of positive thinking on both mental and physical health:
Mental Health
Positive thinking has been linked to lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Practices such as gratitude journaling and positive affirmations can help reframe negative thought patterns, promoting a more optimistic outlook.
Physical Health
Research has shown that optimistic individuals tend to have lower blood pressure, better cardiovascular health, and a stronger immune system. Positive thinking is also associated with better coping strategies and resilience in the face of illness.
Placebo Effect
I LOVE this too! We know in the medical world, drug trials often include a placebo group (these individuals do not know they are receiving a ‘sugar pill’).
When individuals believe they are receiving treatment, even if it is a ‘sugar pill’, they often experience real improvements in their condition, demonstrating the mind's ability to affect the body.
This is where it can get tricky. Often childhood trauma and ancestral karma (yes I went there!!) will hold energetic blocks that show up as fear, shame, grief …. Basically some kind of not-enoughness that is actually ‘unseen’.
The classic examples are bad relationships, poor health, an empty bank account, and there is a real disconnect to the root of the problem, thinking it’s some external cause. This situation is like keeping the vault locked for abundance to come in no matter what ‘manifesting method’ you try.
Over the last 20 years and having thousands of consultations.
There is of course a process, and the key is the feelings and intentions being projected. The real kicker is that even if you are consciously doing the steps, if your subconscious is running a negative program, nothing positive is sustainable.
I have been doing this work with clients and personally turning my dreams into reality for over 20 years. This is where I can guide my clients to identify and clear their energetic blocks to become powerful manifesters….it’s so much fun!

Conclusion....
There was a LOT discussed about the Law of Attraction today, and this blog gave you a bit of a helicopter view. It’s not just about creating a vision board and chanting affirmations and the money will start to flood in.
It’s a process, but I hope you now have a better grasp to revisit what might be hidden blocks if you have been doing all the things and not seeing results.
The main takeaway from this blog was mentioned right at the start, “THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS” that is the essence of the Law of Attraction because your vibration.. the Law of Vibration of YOU, whether happy or sad is attracting the same vibration back.
